Developing an ESG Program

Environmental Social & Governance or ESG issues are increasingly important to an expanding universe of stakeholders with changing expectations. This course reviews the evolution of ESG; identifies a basket of environmental, social, corporate leadership and governance, and business model and innovation issues; and provides some standards, approaches, and tools for how you can use ESG as a lens through which to develop hidden value in your organization, and monitor the maturity of your ESG programs.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Understand ESG and why it is important
2. Learn about approaches and tools to develop, measure, and monitor an ESG Program that adds value to your organization, and
3. Determine how to report ESG progress to your organization’s stakeholders
